  1. Good words, sir. I think we all have a “Mr Weeds” in our pasts. Mine was Dean McKenzie, my English 10 teacher. He read Dylan Thomas to the class one day (Fern Hill) and I thought it was tripe at the time. Later I appreciated what he did for us…opened us up to a wider world or words and ideas. Not everyone shares that memory, I’m sure.
