I have been getting deeper into Girard’s “Things HiddenFrom the Foundation of the World”. It is a fascinating piece. I will continue to explore his work and I will have to branch into Allison and his other ‘disciples’(?) as well.
I will be gleaning some worthy quotes from ‘THFFW’ which relate beautifully to the way my own faith has been evolving, (dying-resurrecting and so on and so forth) to post on my blog.
I will need to begin formulating comments to help others see what is so excting about Girard’s perspective.
thanks again for tuning me into this great man’s thoughts. I hope your vision of a faith and a mankind purged of violence and scapegoating will come to pass.
Blessings from
the ape who was impossible
(perhaps you can tell I am still stuck
somewhere in the homonization process)
